First of all I'd like to apologise that is has been a few months since my last update. The reason for this is simply due to my new workload now that I am the Sales Administrator.

You may recall that in my last newsletter, I told you all about our new MD starting, Gary Morgan. Well since then Gary has been full steam ahead on whipping us all into shape, introducing new systems and procedures and generally tightening up and adding a little more professionalism where he could. One of the changes involved me taking over the Sales Admin role, hence why I have been so busy.

Amongst some of the new things we have introduced over the last few months are better IT systems, allowing computer generated orders, better communication via email and greater control and understanding of our new stock etc. Procedures in almost every aspect have been studied, dissected and amended where required and though this is an ongoing procedure, we have already noticed a great improvement in the slickness of our business. The emphasis is always on how this makes our services to our customer better, hopefully you will all notice in your future dealings with us.

Readers of the National Motorhome Magazine would have noted that we have also had an image makeover recently along with our new corporate colours and a sexy new logo, we now have a new more modern approach to our marketing and it seems to be paying dividend. Over the next coming months we will hope to roll out the image makeover to our branch, corporate clothing and our company stationary.

I know there is a lot of doom and gloom out there in the news etc, but we must be doing something well here at RBM because thankfully business has been quite brisk and we really appreciate your continued support and custom.

In fact our sales team has just returned from the recent NEC show having several orders in excess of 3/4 of a million pounds, giving security and peace of mind for all the team. The spirit around the place is really good and perhaps that is how we managed to double our orders from this NEC show compared to the last one.

At the time of writing we are just busy preparing for our massive pre owned motorhome sale, which starts November 10h and ends November 23rd. This is our biggest sale to date and there are some serious bargains to be had.
